Apple Ends Support for NPAPI Plugins on Safari 12

With the release of the Safari 12 browser, the use of NPAPI plugins are not supported and as such this will prevent you from accessing Online Banking Enterprise™. The changes in Safari 12 not supporting the use of NPAPI plugins impacts on Java Applets, which are currently used to secure your banking when using a Digital Certificate or PSK device.

In order to resolve this, you will need to update your current security mechanism from Digital Certificate or PSK device to Smart inContact for Business.

Smart inContact for Business is our new 2FA (second factor authentication mechanism) that will allow you to access your Online Banking Enterprise™ profile using any PC and supported browser of your choice. It will both authenticate you securely and allow authorisation of transacting, in addition to allowing you to report identified fraud quickly should the need arise.

With Smart inContact for Business, there is also no longer a need for the use of Java with its linked regular updates.
